KMMC played proud hosts to the Orchestral Qawwali Project. Since its inception in 2020, the Orchestral Qawwali Project has made unique efforts to seamlessly blend soulful Sufi poetry with Indian classical dance and orchestral arrangements. KMMC students had the opportunity to attend an open workshop at the college on Saturday, June 11, 2022 with the Orchestral Qawwali Project team comprising Abi Sampa whose haunting vocals mesmerize audiences worldwide, orchestrator/arranger/pianist Rushil, percussionist Amrit Singh, cellist Lydia Alonso and Jitander Kwatra who leads the chorus.
